Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 7 to proceed further with the representation dated 29.01.2022 submitted by the petitioner and report dated 31.01.2022 submitted by the Incharge of Government Adarsh Elementary School, Bathinda against respondents No.8 and 9.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint was filed before the Chief Election Commissioner, Punjab against respondent No.8 who was holding a meeting of workers of a political party in Government Adarsh Elementary School during school hours. The matter was inquired by the

Incharge, Primary Wing of the school and the allegations were found to be correct. No action has been taken against respondents No.8 and 9 in terms of the Government Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1966.

The representation dated 21.03.2022 filed by the petitioner before respondents No.1 to 7 is still pending.
