Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of
Certiorari for quashing order dated 04.02.2020 (Annexure P-2),whereby petitioner was contemplated to be relieved from service. Further prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join on the post of Multi Purpose Health Supervisor w.e.f. 04.02.2020, with all consequential benefits.

misbehaviour of the repondent No.5, his relieving order was passed on 04.02.2020 (Annexure P-2) by respondent No.4. Hence, the instant petition. 3. On advance service, the learned State Counsel appears. On instructions from Mr. Kuldeep, Steno from the office of Civil Surgen, Panipat, he submits that the present petition has been filed prematurely as the petitioner’s apprehension of being relieved from service is completely unfounded. He submits that no doubt an order dated 04.02.2020 (Annexure P-2) was passed asking the petitioner to berelieved, however, same was nevergiven effect to and the petitioner continues to be in service for the past almost 3 years ever since the passing of the impugned order.
