Learned State counsel submits that as per para no.4 of the affidavit filed by Apar Tiwari, District Food and Supplies Controller, Ambala, the petitioner was the sole applicant who had applied for allotment of ration depot and she was allotted licence for the ration depot bearing no.AMB/R/555 dated 30.06.2020 after adopting due process of law and the licence has been renewed upto 31.03.2023.
In view of aforesaid status, this petition is rendered
infructuous.
