When confronted with the fact that second petition for the same relief is not maintainable, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the petition.
As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is observed that in case the petitioner has filed any representation before the respondent?authority, the authority shall consider and take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and therefore, the respondent?authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter decide the same in accordance with law.
