Petitioner admittedly filed a Civil Suit for the relief as is claimed in the writ petition, which was dismissed on 18.04.2018. Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy/remedies, if any/as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as
aforementioned.
