This is an application for listing of the main petition on some early actual date of hearing which was adjourned sine die vide order dated 12.09.2022 with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application as and when he is ready to argue the case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide notification dated 20.04.2020, remedy of revision has been provided against the impugned order, therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy of revision before the competent authority.
