The hearing of the case is being held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts.
The learned counsel representing the petitioners pray for permission to withdraw the present petition.
The petitioner No.1-Shalu is stated to have forcibly married to respondent No.4.-Harish Kumar by her parents. She claims that now she wishes to reside with petitioner No.2-Rajbir. It is an admitted fact that the petitioner No.1-Shalu has not applied for divorce or separation from respondent No.4-Harish Kumar.
At this stage, the learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner No.1-Shalu faces threat to her life and liberty and therefore, she may be permitted to reside in safe house maintained by the Police.
On a Court question, the learned counsel representing the petitioner admits that petitioner No.1-Shalu never made a request to Superintendent of Police, Hansi for permission to reside in the safe house. Learned counsel representing the State has stated that petitioners never made

In the aforesaid facts, the petition is disposed of with the observation that if petitioner No.1-Shalu contacts Superintendent of Police, Hansi with a request for lodging her in the safe house, he will take into consideration the facts of the case and take suitable steps for her safety and protection.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
