Since vide order of even date, the appeal filed by the State bearing No. CRA-D-869-DBA-2002, challenging the impugned verdict of acquittal, as made on 26.3.2002, upon Sessions Case No. 24 of 8.6.2002, by the learned trial Judge concerned, has been dismissed. Consequently, the present petition, being devoid of any merit, is also dismissed.
