Jitender accompanied by their family members, came to the police station, and, moved a written complaint inter alia detailing about the circumstances how both the victims were being sexually harassed and abused. It was detailed in the written complaint by first prosecutrix that she is student of 9th class in Hindu School and is resident of Hanuman Colony, Hansi. They are two brother and sister. Her brother is younger to her and is about thirteen years of age, and, is a student of 8th class. She further detailed that her father is a man of vices and is drunkard. He had been teasing her for last three years, and, on several occasions done wrong act with her. She further detailed that whenever her mother was out of house on finding an opportunity, he used to tease her and used to ravish her and had threatened to kill her in case she would disclose about this to anyone. She further detailed, that her cousin (maternal uncle's daughter) second prosecutrix, who is student of 7th class in her school, was also ravished by her father. She was being teased and ravished by her father for last one and half years. She further detailed, that on 15th February 2015, her cousin second prosecutrix had come to her house. At that time, her mother has gone out of house. She was again teased and ravished by her father Shamsher on that day and then she apprised her mother Anita of all this.
