Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that not only the arrears of salary have been paid to the petitioner but she has been reinducted into employment. She is currently working as a ‘Sweeper’ with the Gram Panchayat.
In view thereof, no further proceedings are required in the instant case as the same are rendered infructuous.
Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an application in case her grievance is still not mitigated.
Pending application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
