Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition as he asserts that the order passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.19607 of 2020 (M/s Jitender Kumar & Co. Vs. State of Haryana and others), on 18.11.2020 (Annexure P-11), in an earlier writ petition preferred by the petitioner, has not been complied with in letter and spirit. He, therefore, asserts that the petitioner would avail of its alternative remedy of filing the contempt petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
