Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their issues and in fact a petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act was also filed which stands decreed. Learned counsel has submitted that in these circumstances the present petition has been rendered redundant and may be disposed off accordingly.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
