Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite number
of reminders to his client he is not coming forward to file the affidavit in support of his income and hence, he is unable to prosecute the case. It is further submitted that appropriate orders in this regard may be passed.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
