In view of the prayer made in the application, the same is allowed. Compromise, dated 30.07.2021, Annexure P-10 is taken on record. CRM-M-56570-2018
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the compromise arrived at between the parties. He submits that the original petition was filed for quashing of the FIR on the basis of merit, however, subsequently, both the parties have settled all the outstanding disputes between them and arrived at a compromise hence, he is praying that now the

prayer would be for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise. In view of the same, he prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition in order to enable him to file a fresh one for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise.
