Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action upon the representation dated 16.10.2021 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioner and to ensure fair investigation in her complaint dated 17.07.2021 (Annexure P-1).
After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedy available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
