The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking a direction to respondents No.1 to 4 conducting fair, independent and transparent enquiry/investigation against respondents No.5 to 14 and register an FIR against them for commission of offence under Sections 323, 325, 326, 307 and 120-B IPC.

It is contended that the petitioner No.2 has submitted a representation dated 06.10.2021 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.2-SSP, Barnala for taking legal action against respondent Nos.1 to 4, who caused injuries to her husband-petitioner No.1 with sticks and rods but no action has been taken so far.
