Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 0036 dated 18.04.2020 under Sections 452, 324, 323, 148, 149, 188 IPC (Section 324 deleted and Section 325 added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga and all other consequential proceedings arising out of the said FIR, as the matter stands amicably settled in terms of compromise deed.

Vide order dated 29.01.2021, the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court/Area Magistrate on 16.02.2021 for getting their statements recorded with regard to the compromise.

A report dated 25.02.2021 of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moga has been received. As per the report, the parties had appeared before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moga and got recorded their statements regarding compromise. Learned Magistrate has stated MANOJ KUMARthat he is of the considered view that the compromise between the parties is 2021.04.07 09:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view thereof, the present petition is allowed. FIR No. 0036 dated 18.04.2020 under Sections 452, 324, 323, 148, 149, 188 IPC (Section 324 deleted and Section 325 added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are hereby quashed qua the petitioners.
