Instant 2nd petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.959, dated 24.09.2018, under Sections 363, 366-A IPC (Sections 376 IPC, Section 4 of POCSO Act and Section 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 added lateron), registered at Police Station Model Town, District Panipat, alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court.
Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
