After arguing for some time and realizing that the Court was not agreeing with his contentions and was not inclined to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner in view of the fact that the petitioner is said to be involved in 16 other criminal cases of which he has been convicted in several cases, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
