This application has been moved for seeking permission to withdraw the main petition bearing CRM-M No.31009 of 2021 as the petitioner intends to move the application before the Sessions Court for seeking the relief of bail in view of the changed circumstances of the case.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner also submits that during the pendency of the said main petition, the petitioner did not move any bail application before the Court below.
