The petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 09.10.2020 for a period of one month on the ground that the mother of the petitioner is terminally ill and was undergoing some surgery.
The learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner after undergoing interim bail for one month has not surrendered back and the warrants of arrest have already been issued by the learned trial Court.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not in touch with him.
In view of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed.
