Keeping in view the matter is at its fag end, it may not be appropriate to release the petitioner on bail at this stage keeping in view the gravity of the matter. The petition, as such, is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps as may be possible for expeditious conclusion of the trial.
