Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.602 dated 31.10.2018 registered under Sections 363, 366-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 at Police Station Sector 9-A, District Gurugram.
When confronted with the fact that the petitioner has not disclosed that first petition (CRM-M-47640 of 2019) was withdrawn from this Court after arguments on 14.11.2019, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
