It has been informed by learned State counsel that the petitioner has been declared a ‘Proclaimed Offender’.
Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh after he assails the order vide which he is stated to have been declared a ‘Proclaimed offender’.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
