This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 1, dated 12th January, 2021 under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended by the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2018), registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted interim bail on 5th July, 2021.
