The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to arrest the respondent Nos.4 to 9 after getting the FIR registered against all the respondents, apart from various other prayers made in the petition.
Status report has been filed by the State on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 by way of affidavit of Mr.Navneet Singh Mahal, DSP, Sub Division, Nakodar, Jalandhar, wherein it is stated that after

perusal of the complaint and on the basis of the statement of the petitioner, cognisable offence is made out against accused Rajinder Sondhi and as such, FIR No.124 dated 9.11.2020, under Sections 376, 493 and 506 IPC, was registered at Police Station, Nakodar City, Jalandhar, against accused Rajinder Sondhi. It is further stated in the affidavit that during investigation in case the indulgence of any other person surfaces, he shall be nominated as an accused in the present FIR and that since grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, as such, the present petition is liable to be dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has gone through the status report filed by the State and is satisfied with the same and therefore, has stated that the present petition has become infructuous and be disposed of accordingly.
In view of above, the present petition is disposed of as
having rendered infructuous.
