Admittedly, the offence under Section 413 IPC cannot be gone into at this stage. Section 411 IPC is bailable. Challan has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2019.

this Court deems it appropriate to allow the present application.

Bail to the satisfaction of the concerned CJM/Duty Magistrate.
