“The aforesaid appeal has been filed by Sh.Lavanya Gupta, Advocate against the conviction order dated 19.12.2019 passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Moga on behalf of Gurmeet Singh @ Geji son of Charanjit Singh.

In this regard, it is submitted that prior to filing the present appeal, another appeal bearing case No. CRA-S1286 of 2020 against the same judgment of conviction and sentence order dated 19.12.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Moga is pending Admitted before this Hon’ble Court.

Since the appellant have already filed another appeal i.e. CRA-S_1286 of 2020 in this Hon’ble Court against the same judgment of conviction and sentence order, thus, the

This fact may kindly be brought to the kind notice of the Hon’ble Bench at the time of hearing the aforesaid application”.

Learned counsel for the appellant also admits that another criminal appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No. S-1286 of 2020, against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence, filed by the appellant, is pending. He, hence, prays for permission to withdraw the present appeal.
