This is an appeal which is pending since 2016 against the impugned order dated 09.09.2015 whereby the objections filed to the impugned award of the Arbitrator has been dismissed as time barred.
The matter was initially listed on 17.03.2017, on which date, it was adjourned on request. Subsequently on 22.05.2017, the matter was adjourned on an adjournment slip circulated on behalf of counsel for the appellant. On 08.09.2017, no one put in an appearance on behalf of the appellant and it was noted that no one has put in appearance nor any request for pass-over has been made. In the interest of justice, the matter stood adjourned to 27.03.2018 and subsequently adjourned by order of the Court Secretary. Even today, no one has put in an appearance on behalf of the
