Raja and Company Overseas Pvt. Ltd. Vs Principal Commissioner of Income Tax Amritsar and Others

This petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of Panchnama dated 6.4.2018 (Annexure P-2).
