For the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, prayer made in the application is accepted and hearing of writ petition is preponed from 29.10.2019 to today and taken on board for hearing.
In view of aforementioned fact, present writ petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant/petitioner to approach again, if any, grievance subsists.
