Only prayer of the petitioner is that he has served legal notice, Annexure P-6 for the cause of action that has arisen in the writ petition. However, no decision has been taken thereon.
Notice of motion.
On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. She submits that decision on the legal notice, Annexure P-6 shall be taken by the competent authority within four weeks.
In view of above, no cause of action survives in the petition. Same is hereby disposed of.
A copy of the order passed shall be conveyed to the petitioner
forthwith.
