Only grievance of the petitioner is that after re-fixation of pay, interest on the delayed payment has not been made to him.
Writ petition is disposed with a direction that in case legal notice, Annexure P-10 has been received in the office of competent authority, it may take a decision thereon within six weeks. In case, any adverse order is passed, same be conveyed to the petitioner.
