Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter regarding release of the petitioner on pre mature release is pending before the Ministry of Home Affairs and is under consideration, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one in case need be.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesid.
