consequence of which the case detailed in the revision petition was filed against him. Faced with the likelihood of being incarcerated, he filed an application for bail and the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Sangrur through order dated 12.4.2018 declined the same. Aggrieved over it, the juvenile filed a criminal appeal which too stood dismissed vide orders dated 2.1.2019 of the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge (Children's Court under the POCSO Act), Sangrur, that is how the petitioner has come up in this revision.

Heard Mr. Ravinder S. Marahar, Advocate, for the petitioner; Mr. Pawan Sharda, Sr. DAG, Punjab assisted by Mr. Monty Goel, Advocate, for the complainant and perused the records.

Counsel for the petitioner has produced before this Court the complainant of the case who has filed her duly sworn attested affidavit that settlement has been arrived at between the parties. In her statement before this Court, the complainant has placed on record her certified true photo copy of Aadhar card to show her date of birth as 1.1.1993 around 25/26 years and has categorically stated in her stand and which is further corroborated from her affidavit that she does not objects to allowing the present bail in view of the settlement and has no objection if the present petition is allowed.

In the light of the statement made by the complainant, without adverting to the merits of the case, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 3.5.2019 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
