Today, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points raised herein before the trial Court including his submission that the FIR came to be lodged under some mistaken belief and that the misunderstandings have now been resolved and the parties have entered into amicable settlement.
In view of the aforesaid prayer, the petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
