Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner Sandeep Kumar, who is present in Court, submits that the parties have amicably resolved their issues and that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one seeking quashing of the FIR on grounds of compromise.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
