Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 CrPC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.28 dated 31.01.2019 under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Jandiala Guru, Amritsar Rural.
Vide order dated 28.05.2019, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the parties were directed to appear before the mediator.
Pursuant to order dated 28.05.2019, report dated 17.07.2019 of the mediator has been received, whereby it is reported the matter has been settled between the parties by way of settlement/compromise deed dated
