Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with coaccused caused injuries to the complainant and also fired two shots, though no fire arm injury was caused. The matter requires thorough investigation. As such, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed.
