Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Mangal Singh, Police Station Women, Bathinda submits that on completion of investigations, the police has submitted cancellation report before the concerned court in respect of accused-respondents no. 7 and 8 whereas challan has been submitted against Mohit Gupta respondent no. 6.

In the light of this stand of the State, counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition reserving the right of the petitioner to have redressal of her grievance in accordance with law. Allowed to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
