Application has been filed for withdrawal of the main appeal on account of compromise arrived at between the parties on 08.07.2017 in a civil suit. It has further been mentioned that Criminal Appeal No. AS-42 of 2016 has been withdrawn by respondent-Amarjit Singh on 07.05.2018. The application is supported by affidavit of appellant no. 2.
Accordingly, the application is allowed. The appeal is taken up for hearing today.
