the husband of the petitioner from DMC, Ludhiana is concerned, though out of the aforesaid amount, a sum of Rs.2,16,980/- has already been sanctioned vide letter dated 01.09.2017 (P-13) and conveyed to the Director Land Record Punjab, Kapurthala Road, Jalandhar but till date the payment in respect thereof has not so far been released/disbursed to the petitioner.
