This is a petition seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release the detenues mentioned in Para 3 of the petition from the illegal detention of respondents No.4 and 5.
Notice of motion. On the asking of the court, Chetan Sharma, AAG Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State.
Present petition is disposed of with a direction that Deputy Commissioner, Hissar, would conduct an enquiry into the matter and, in case, detenues are found at the spot, they would be released forthwith.
