Counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously as out of 34 prosecution witnesses, only 06 have been examined, though, the prosecution evidence has started on 03.08.2017.
In view of the same, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously, considering the fact that both the accused persons are in judicial lock up, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
