This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.285 dated 18.09.2017 under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated October 24, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated October 24, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
