Only apprehension of the petitioner is that investigation pursuant to FIR in question may not be conducted in a biased manner in view of influence of respondents no. 6 & 7.
Petition is disposed of with the direction that in case investigation is still pending, same shall be conducted under the supervision of respondent no. 2.
