Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ramesh Chand states that the petitioner has since not joined the investigation as directed vide order dated 5.7.2018. In that way he has clearly flouted the directions issued to him. The fact that nobody had appeared on last date of hearing and today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner points out that petitioner is not interested in further prosecution of the petition, therefore, the same stands dismissed for non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 5.7.2018 and for non prosecution.
