Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and petition for quashing of F.I.R. along with ancillary proceedings has been filed bearing CRM-M-383332018 in which statements of the parties have been recorded and the trial Court has sent the report that the parties have entered into a compromise voluntarily and now they have started residing together. Statements of Himanshi-wife and petitioner Ish Gosain-husband in that regard have been recorded which have been sent along with the report to this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the compromise and the fact that vide order passed in CRM-M-38333-2018
