Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that investigation in case FIR No. 156 dated 27.11.2017, registered under Sections 447, 448, 506 & 34 IPC at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana is still in progress and challan has not been presented in the Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars at appropriate stage.
