Learned State counsel submits that out of 17 PWs cited by the prosecution 15 PWs have been examined and now the case is fixed for 20.9.2018 for examining the remaining prosecution witnesses. In that way the trial is likely to be concluded in near future.
Hearing that statement, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
